I’m super pumped about this Paleo and Whole30 Butter Chicken Recipe, but before I tell you about that, I’m dying to tell you about my new Chefman Slow Cooker!
The Chefman slow cooker is different than any you’ve ever used before! It’s naturally nonstick and it’s the only Paleo Certified slow cooker. It’s made from natural stoneware, meaning it’s 100% natural and totally chemical free (swoon!).
What has proved to be most important to me are both its versatility and EASY clean up! It can go right on the stove (important for this recipe!), in the oven, AND in the dishwasher!

Now that you’re in love with the Chefman Slow Cooker, let’s move on to this delicious Butter Chicken Recipe!
The unique thing about this recipe is we’re using ghee in place of butter! It still gives it all of the flavor, but with none of the negative side effects of the proteins found in dairy.
