- Fresh horseradish
- Homemade mayo click here for my recipe (or a Whole30 Approved variety like Primal Kitchen)
Instructions
- Peel horseradish and cut into small pieces.
- Blend fresh horseradish pieces in food processor with mayo until smooth. Any ratio is fine depending on how spicy you want the sauce to be (I prefer 1 teaspoon horseradish per tablespoon of mayo).
