- 2 cups blackberries
- ¼ c honey
- ¼ c chia seeds
- Pinch salt
Instructions
- Add blackberries and honey to a saucepan on the stove top and cook low and slow until
the berries break apart and the blackberries release their liquid. - Next add the chia seeds and salt and stir. Continue to cook until it has thickened to your
desired consistency.
