This Cauliflower Cashew Hummus recipe is the latest in our series of Paleo, Whole30, and Keto hummuses! It is great on its own or the perfect base for additional flavors. So far we’ve given you a cauliflower hummus and a cashew hummus, this recipe combines the best of both to create a truly memorable dip. The combined ingredients of the cauliflower and cashews produces a flavorful, smooth and extra creamy hummus.
Instead of the normal chickpeas (garbanzo beans), we use a combination of cauliflower and cashews! With all of the other typical spices and flavors, you really can’t taste the difference! I love this because you’re getting in extra veggies and nutrients using cauliflower.
So when the craving hits you for a yummy dip, this is super easy to whip up and you can scoop away knowing it is Whole30, Paleo and Keto compliant.
If you’re not doing a Whole30 and you want a Paleo option, I recommend serving them with these Siete Tortilla Chips. They’re literally the BEST. They’re made with cassava flour and avocado oil. They’re grain free and such a good match for this cauliflower hummus recipe.
If you’re doing a Whole30, use veggies slices for the perfect dipping options! I love carrots, celery, bell peppers, and radishes.
