What a blog post title- Healthy Pantry Recipes for Coronavirus Quarantine. We are currently living in a weird time, my friends.
In thinking about how I can help during this time where we’re all either practicing social distancing or we’re full on quarantining because of Coronavirus, I realized it would be easy for me to do a recipe roundup for easy recipes using pantry staples… These recipes are mainly dinner recipes!
As you know, my blog mostly features clean eating recipes. Those that are free from gluten, dairy, soy, grains, and sugar… While most of these recipes stil fall under that umbrella, we’re freaking quarantined people! That means we’re giving extra grace and using up what we have!
Even though “pantry staples” typically means shelf stable items, I’m going to include some recipes that either call for frozen veggies or where you can substitute in frozen vegetables. I know that your freezer isn’t your pantry, but work with me here! 🙂
