There’s just something about a melt-in-your-mouth brownie. When I started doing keto, I went on the search for the BEST Keto Brownies Recipe, and I couldn’t find one I absolutely LOVED, so I made my own!
This Keto Brownies Recipe is actually perfect for keto, because to get that fudgy consistency, the brownies need to have a higher fat to flour ratio. Since keto is a high fat diet, it’s a match made in heaven.
What is in these keto brownies?
There are so many yummy ingredients in these best keto brownies, and I’ll go over the main ingredients and why we use them here. The fat we chose to use was butter, because YUM. If you want these keto brownies to be dairy free as well, you can use ghee (clarified butter) or even coconut oil.
To keep these keto brownies sugar free and low carb, we use NOW Foods Monk Fruit and Erythritol mixture in place of sugar. You’ll be pleasantly surprised how delicious they are!
Keto Brownie Recipe Almond Flour
With so many different grain free and keto flours out there, I like to know what kind of flour I’m going to need in a recipe… The main flour we use in this keto brownie recipe is almond flour. In place of traditional flour, we use a mixture of grain free flours and ingredients, including NOW Foods cacao powder (you can also use traditional cocoa powder), almond flour (or any nut flour), psyllium husk powder, and acacia fiber.

PrintKeto Brownies Recipe
- Yield: 9 brownies 1x
Ingredients
3/4 c butter, melted
6 T granulated monk fruit sweetener
2 eggs, room temperature
2 t vanilla extract
1/4 c cacao powder (or cocoa powder)
3/4 c almond flour (or any nut flour)
2 T acacia fiber
1/2 t xanthan gum
1/4 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
1/2 c keto chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and monk fruit sweetener.
Add in both eggs and vanilla and whisk until combined.
In a food processor, add all of the dry ingredients: cacao powder, almond flour, psyllium husk powder, acacia fiber, xanthan gum, baking soda, and salt. Process in the food processor until everything is a fine powder, about 1-2 minutes.
Add these dry ingredients to the bowl of wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips until combined.
Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper, and spoon the batter into the pan. The batter will be thick, so use a spatula to spread it evenly.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean (remember to take into account here the chocolate chips that will stay melted!). Slice into 9 brownies and enjoy!
