Fridays call for another sauce recipe, don’t you think?! I feel like I’ve been the queen of condiments lately. I have a super yum Cuban sauce for you today – a Cuban mojo sauce that goes with just about everything!
I love so many things about making homemade sauces – you can control the quality of ingredients, customize them to your flavor palette, increase or decrease the serving size, and know that they are super fresh AND Whole30 compliant. Sauces make your Whole30 and paleo meals incredibly delicious!
Here, the sauce is shown with carnitas, fried plantains, and a watercress, red onion, and pineapple salad. Seriously put the mojo sauce over this entire meal and thank me later!
